Announcing the nominees for 2026
The IREM Nominating Committee announced its slate of nominees for the 2026 IREM Officers to serve with 2026 President Mindy Gronbeck, CPM®, CCIM, CSM, CRX, Hawkins Companies, AMO®, from Boise, Idaho. The election of IREM Officers will take place at the 2025 Governing Council meeting.
For the one-year term (2026) beginning Jan. 1, 2026, through Dec. 31, 2026, the nominees are:

We are also pleased to announce that the IREM Nominating Committee has chosen Toni Harris, CPM®, ARM®, KAT Professional Development, LLC, and Riparian Capital Partners LLC, from Reisterstown, Maryland as the 2026 IREM Secretary/Treasurer Nominee. She will be slated for election as the 2027 Secretary/Treasurer at the 2026 Governing Council meeting.

The IREM Nominating Committee announced its slate of nominees for 2026–2027 Regional Vice President. The election of Regional Vice Presidents will take place at the 2025 Governing Council meeting.
