The IREM Nominating Committee announced its slate of nominees for the 2027 IREM Officers to serve with 2027 President, Kim Collins, CPM®, Bradley Company, AMO®, from Indianapolis, Indiana. The election of IREM Officers will take place at the 2026 Governing Council meeting.

For the one-year term (2027) beginning Jan. 1, 2027, through Dec. 31, 2027, the nominees are:

We are also pleased to announce that the IREM Nominating Committee has chosen Timothy Kramer, CPM®, ARM®, Draper and Kramer, Inc., AMO®, from Chicago, IL, to be the 2027 IREM Secretary/Treasurer Nominee. He will be on the slate of 2028 IREM Officers, as the Secretary/Treasurer, that will be elected at the 2027 Governing Council meeting.

Slate of Regional Vice President Nominees 

The IREM Nominating Committee announced its slate of nominees for 2027–2028 Regional Vice President. The election of Regional Vice Presidents will take place at the 2026 Governing Council meeting. 

For the two-year term (2027–2028) beginning Jan. 1, 2027, through Dec. 31, 2028, the nominees are:

Per IREM Bylaws, any additional nominations for Officer and Regional Vice President positions must be made by a petition signed by at least 15 members of the Governing Council and delivered to the IREM CEO/Executive Vice President at least 10 days in advance of the date set for the election.
