IREM’s DISI Leaders Program celebrates its 2025 recipients

IREM’s Diversity & Inclusion Succession Initiative (DISI) Leaders, a career development program empowering future leaders in real estate management, named its 2025 recipients earlier this year. Funded by a grant from the IREM Foundation, DISI Leaders is open to IREM members and employees of AMO® firms, with a focus on members of marginalized identities or backgrounds. The program was launched in 2009, then known as Diversity Scholars, and renamed to DISI Leaders in 2019. Each year, the group of selected DISI Leaders receives support in earning their CPM® designations, mentorship, career guidance, and various networking opportunities. 

DISI Mentors volunteer their time and passion in supporting DISI Leaders and champion diversity and inclusivity within the workplace and the real estate management profession. Mentors provide their assigned DISI Leader with insights and guidance for career advancement and IREM volunteer engagement.  

IREM’s DEI Advisory Council supports this program and other initiatives in conjunction with IREM’s DEI strategy, developed in 2021. Congratulations to IREM’s 2025 DISI Leaders and special thanks to their DISI Mentors!
